Governing law (state): Oklahoma
1. Information We Collect
When you book a bin cleaning, request service, contact us, or sign up for text-message updates, we collect:
- Contact information: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Service address: the street address where the bins are located.
- Service history: dates of past cleanings, package purchased, notes from the visit, and any feedback you send us.
- Payment information: payment method, last four digits, and billing zip. Full card numbers are tokenized by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
- Communications: any messages you send us by SMS, email, or web form, and our replies.
- Consent records: a timestamped record that you agreed to receive text messages, what you were shown when you agreed, and which phone number consented. Carriers and our texting provider may also keep a delivery log (sent, delivered, failed) for the same number.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. See Section 8.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Schedule, perform, and confirm bin cleaning visits.
- Send you service reminders, arrival windows, invoices, receipts, and follow-up messages.
- Send you text messages about your bin cleaning service — for example, “Your cleaning is scheduled for tomorrow morning” or “We just finished, your bin is back at the curb.”
- Respond to your questions and support requests.
- Prevent fraud, debug problems, and improve our service.
- Meet the recordkeeping requirements of our SMS provider and mobile carriers.
Phone number use — our explicit commitment:
We will only use your phone number to contact you about bin cleaning services. We will not use your phone number to market unrelated products, sell it to data brokers, or share it with affiliates for their own marketing. (See Section 4 for the broader no-sharing commitment and Section 3 for the SMS-specific wording.)
3. SMS / Text Message Consent & Disclosure
This section governs any text messages we send to you.
3.1 What you are agreeing to
When you check the SMS opt-in box on our booking form, or reply “YES” to a confirmation text, you agree to receive text messages from Bincredible about your bin cleaning service. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3.2 What we will send
You may receive:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- The day-of arrival window (“On our way” / “Running late”).
- Service completion confirmations and photos (if you opted in to photos).
- Invoices, receipts, and billing follow-up.
- Occasional service notices (price changes, weather delays, route changes).
3.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies by customer. A typical cleaning may generate 2–4 messages per visit (confirmation, day-of reminder, on-the-way, completion). Recurring customers receive similar volume per scheduled visit. We do not send marketing blasts over SMS.
3.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply to any text messages you receive from us. Bincredible does not charge a separate fee for SMS.
3.5 Opt-out and help
You can opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Bincredible texts. We will send a one-time confirmation and then stop.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@bincredible.online.
- You can also email or call us to opt out using the contact details on our site.
Carriers supported: most US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.6 A2P-required statements
“We will never share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.”
“Your phone number will only be used to contact you about bin cleaning services.”
3.7 Consent recordkeeping
We keep a record of (a) the fact that you opted in, (b) the date and time, (c) the phone number that consented, and (d) the wording you saw at opt-in. We keep this record for at least the duration of our messaging relationship with you and as required by our SMS provider and mobile carriers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including your phone number — to third parties for marketing or advertising.
We share information only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our payment processor, our SMS / texting provider, our scheduling and routing software, and our email provider. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may use it only to provide services to us.
- Mobile carriers and our SMS provider, to the extent necessary to deliver text messages and meet A2P / 10DLC compliance requirements.
- Legal authorities, when we are required to do so by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A successor business, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In that case we will notify affected users.
We do not share your phone number with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. We do not participate in “sell” or “share” as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
5. Data Retention
We keep different kinds of records for different lengths of time:
- Service and billing records: at least 7 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- SMS consent logs: at least the duration of our messaging relationship with you plus the period required by our SMS provider and carriers (typically 4–5 years after your last interaction).
- Support conversations: typically 2 years, unless needed longer for an open issue.
- Marketing email unsubscribe records: indefinitely (so we keep honoring them).
When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize the data, except where a longer retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS / TLS for data in transit.
- Restricted access to personal data inside our team (only people who need it to do their job).
- Tokenized payment processing — we never store full card numbers.
- Vendor due diligence on our service providers.
No system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
7. Your Rights
You can do the following at any time, by emailing privacy@bincredible.online:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to the retention rules in Section 5.
- Opt out of marketing emails (using the “unsubscribe” link in any email).
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Do not sell or share my personal information — we do not sell or share, but we will confirm this in writing on request.
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA.
We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days).
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16 for purposes of “targeted advertising” as defined by applicable US state laws. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please email privacy@bincredible.online and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
- Post the updated policy on this page with a new “Effective date” at the top.
- For material changes, notify active customers by email or SMS before the change takes effect.
