11. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bincredible bin cleaning service. By booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

11.1 The service

Bincredible provides curbside residential bin cleaning using pressure washing and eco-friendly sanitizing products. We clean the bins you leave at the curb on the scheduled day. We do not handle your household trash, recycling, or yard waste.

11.2 Booking and prepayment

Bookings are confirmed once you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email or text. Payment is due at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices shown on the site are the prices you pay; we do not add hidden fees.

11.3 Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows (bins not at the curb at the start of the visit window), may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the booking price at our discretion.

11.4 Recurring service

If you sign up for a recurring plan, you can cancel the plan at any time before the next scheduled visit. We may pause or cancel your plan if payment fails after a reasonable retry window.

11.5 Customer responsibilities

To get a successful clean, you agree to:

• Leave bins empty of trash and recycling at the curb in an accessible spot before the start of the visit window.
• Provide a working outdoor water spigot within hose reach of the bins.
• Move bins back to your normal storage spot after the visit (or leave them at the curb if that's your local custom).
• Tell us about any special access instructions (gate code, dog, locked side yard) when you book.

If we cannot perform the clean because of an access issue that you did not disclose, the visit is treated as a no-show under Section 11.3.

11.6 Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean the bins at no charge. After a re-clean, if you are still not satisfied, we will refund that visit.

11.7 Property damage

We treat your property with care. If we damage a bin or property during a visit, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will repair or replace the damaged item at our cost, up to the reasonable replacement value of the bin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items you did not disclose (for example: a cracked bin, fragile decoration on the lid).

11.8 Prohibited use

Do not use the service to clean anything other than household trash and recycling bins. Do not book using a phone number or payment method that is not yours. Do not interfere with our staff, our equipment, or our other customers.

11.9 SMS and communications

By providing a phone number, you agree to receive service-related texts from us as described in Section 3. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

11.10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bincredible's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the visit that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bincredible harmless from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your misuse of the service, or (c) your failure to disclose access, pet, or property issues.

11.12 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally — please email us at privacy@bincredible.online before starting a case.

11.13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email or SMS. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the change means you accept the updated terms.
